My passion is in helping to improve the quality of life for each and everyone of us. I have experience and have worked in many areas not least Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke rehabilitation, Stress, Trauma, Back issues, Neck issues, gait and postural issues, performance difficulties and to enhancing sports performance in running, rugby, golf, etc to rehabilitation from injury, stroke, trauma, to helping to relieve stress and anxiety and encouraging general health and wellbeing Physically, Mentally & Emotionally. And with ease! We are all individuals and deserve to be treated and respected as such! My background and qualifications were originally in childcare and also in the field of special needs and trauma. Qualified SNA Management. As well as being a Feldenkrais Practitioner I have trained as Practitioner and Therapist in the Jeremy Krauss Approach to working with Special Needs Children and Child Development.
I trained in Solutions 2 with Ruthy Alon and have had the privilege and honour of meeting and training with other specialists in the field of Neuroscience and somatic practices such as Russel Delman (Embodied Life) Michael Merzenich Neurologist, Anat Baniel, David Zemach-Bersin. I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher Practitioner, Louise L Hay Practitioner and have studied Art and the Principles of Art Therapy.
