Feldenkrais makes improvement in ease and range of movement and increased physical comfort as we move into later life an easily achievable goal. It dispels the myth that our bodies inevitably become stiff, sore, tired and less mobile as we age. It teaches strategies to counteract and reverse the physical deterioration that is commonly but mistakenly believed to be the unavoidable result of growing older.
